Accessibility Statement
Effective date and last updated: November 6, 2026
Turn 2 Sports LLC (“Turn2Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making our website at www.turn2sportsllc.com, and the team, school, corporate and organization stores we host (together, the “Services”), accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every coach, parent, player, school administrator and business customer to be able to browse our products, request a quote, place an order and get support without barriers.
This Accessibility Statement explains the steps we take, the standard we are working toward, the known limitations of the Services, and how to contact us if you need help. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Our Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive and neurological disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continue to review and improve the Services over time.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we work to:
• Provide text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images, including product photos, logos and graphics.
• Use clear page structure, headings and labels so the Services work with screen readers and other assistive technologies.
• Make our quote, contact and checkout forms usable with a keyboard, with visible labels and clear error messages.
• Maintain readable text and sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds.
• Write in plain language and keep navigation consistent across pages.
• Review new pages, sections and features for accessibility before and after they are published.
Custom Orders, Proofs and Product Information
Much of our work is custom. If any part of the ordering process is difficult to use, we will help you complete it another way. On request, we can:
• Take your quote request, order details or roster information by phone or email instead of through an online form.
• Describe a digital proof verbally or in writing, including colors, placement, names, numbers and spelling, before you approve it. Proof approval and production follow Section 7 of our Terms of Service.
• Provide product details, size charts and color descriptions in an alternative format. As our Terms of Service note, colors on screen may vary from finished products, so we are happy to describe them for you.
• Provide catalogs or other documents in an accessible format where we are able to do so.
Team, School, Corporate and Organization Stores
The Organization Stores we host use the same platform and accessibility practices as our main website. The organization behind a store chooses the products, designs and images shown. If you have trouble using an Organization Store, contact us directly and we will help you place your order or connect with the store administrator.
Third-Party Platforms and Content
The Services are hosted by Shopify, and some features, such as checkout, payment processing, form tools and embedded content, are provided by third parties. We choose providers that support accessibility, but we do not fully control their content or code. The Services may also link to third-party websites, such as brand and catalog sites, which are governed by their own accessibility practices and policies. This is consistent with the third-party sections of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If a third-party feature on our site creates a barrier, please let us know and we will offer another way to complete your task.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the Services may not yet be fully accessible. Examples may include older PDF catalogs and documents, images that contain text, and content provided by third parties. We are working to address these areas. If you encounter one, please contact us and we will provide the information or help you need.
Feedback and Assistance
We welcome your feedback. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Services, or you need information in an alternative format, please contact us. To help us respond, please include the web address (URL) of the page, a description of the problem, and the device, browser and assistive technology you are using, if any.

Your Information
If you share information with us to request help or an accommodation, we use it only to respond to your request and improve accessibility. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.turn2sportsllc.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Relationship to Our Other Policies

It does not change the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, which continue to govern your use of the Services and our handling of personal information.
